An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at The Merton Primary School as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026 for 32.5 hours per week
We require someone to work from Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 3.15pm. We are looking for someone who is:
•	Enthusiastic and passionate to work with children in school.
•	Patient and a good communicator with children of all Primary School ages. 
•	Flexible and able to work well as part of a team.
•	Has the ability to lead a class.
•	Has the ability to inspire and enthuse.

The ideal candidate will:
•	Hold a level 3 Childcare Qualification or Equivalent.
•	Have experience of leading a class and working successfully with children.
•	Have a working knowledge of the National Curriculum and the willingness to develop this knowledge further.
•	Be able support the class teacher
